Since 1977, ASIS security certifications have set the standard for professional excellence. Recognized worldwide, the CPP, PCI, and PSP credentials provide objective proof of professional knowledge and experience.

  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) ©

    • Board Certified in Security Management: This is the preeminent designation awarded to individuals whose primary responsibilities are in security management and who have demonstrated advanced knowledge in security solutions and best practices.

  • Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) ©

    • Board Certified in Investigations: Technical designation awarded to individuals whose primary responsibilities are to conduct investigations and who have demonstrated in-depth operational knowledge and competence in this area.

  • Physical Security Professional (PSP) ©

    • Board Certified in Physical Security: Technical designation awarded to individuals whose primary responsibilities are to conduct physical security site surveys, design integrated security systems, or install, operate or maintain those systems and who have demonstrated in-depth operational knowledge and competence in this area.

The North Texas Chapter is proud to have over 90 members achieve the CPP designation, 10 members achieve the PCI designation, and 16 members achieve the PSP designation. Two of our members have attained the Triple Crown designation by earning all three certifications!
