2019 She Started Somewhere...

Our focus of " She Started Somewhere" will highlight professional women in security with stories of their past how they created their security careers. Our Q2 Speaker is:

LaDonna L. Miller, Corporal, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Law Enforcement Unit

LaDonna began her tenure with the Federal Reserve in 2001. She was promoted to Corporal in 2002 becoming the first female assigned to the Executive Protection Team.

Prior to becoming a Federal Reserve police officer, LaDonna was an ATM Technician for Brinks and Loomis for ten years. She made her transition because she felt the need to protect others.  Her role and responsibilities at the Federal Reserve Bank provides her with this opportunity.

LaDonna has a spirit of a servant leader and a protector at her core, which developed early in life growing up in Evansville, Indiana. Discipline, structure, consistency and commitment are her driving mantra for every aspect of life.

With such a strong personal foundation of who LaDonna is, she demonstrates these traits as a college/high school basketball official. In fact, LaDonna, one day hopes to be a basketball official for the NBA and the WNBA.
